We understand that unexpected circumstances—such as health emergencies (including pregnancy), severe weather, or other unforeseen events—may affect your ability to attend. In such cases, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer the option to reschedule or, in certain situations, provide a refund.

At The LMT Refinery, we prioritize the integrity of our Continuing Education (CE) courses. Per NCBTMB requirements, students must attend the entire class to receive CE credits—partial credit or refunds cannot be granted for incomplete attendance.
If you need to cancel your enrollment, we offer the option to transfer to another class for a $75 rescheduling fee, provided you notify us in advance.

-By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
If you have any questions about this policy, feel free to reach out before registering.
Massage Student Enrollment Policy
Massage students who have completed at least two-thirds (2/3) of their massage therapy program are welcome to enroll in our continuing education courses. However, per NCBTMB regulations, CE credit cannot be awarded until the student has obtained their massage license.
Students who choose to take a course before licensure:
-Gain valuable knowledge and hands-on skills to support their future practice.
-Will not receive official CE credit at the time of the course.
Retake Option After Licensure:
To support student success, we offer a one-time retake opportunity for those who took the course pre-licensure. After obtaining a valid massage license, students may retake the class for a reduced rate of $150 to receive their official CE credits.
By enrolling, students acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Katie’s Intro to Barefoot Massage class far surpassed my expectations. As a seasoned massage therapist, I was apprehensive going into the first day unsure if this was something I would be able to do. Katie has such a sincere and genuine approach in the classroom that I quickly was able to get out of my head and just learn. Her extensive practical experience and knowledge provided a strong foundation and I felt I was able to begin using the work immediately after returning home.
I highly recommend this class!
